What do I actually get with Memories?+
One continuous timeline, shared storage and invited family members. Organise with optional milestones and filters. Private spaces have their own members and location privacy; All memories only combines spaces you can access. Current storage and membership allowances are shown above.
How is this different from an event album?+
An event album brings guests together around one occasion, with a contribution window and its own retention dates. A Collection follows an ongoing story with invited members. Memories is the subscription for that continuing space. You can use both on the same account.
Are event activations included?+
New Memories subscriptions cover your ongoing family spaces. Event activations are separate: buy an event pass or redeem an eligible event voucher on the same account. Existing subscribers keep any activations included in their purchased plan.
Do the people I invite need to pay?+
Invited family members join with a verified Momentale account. They do not need their own subscription to view or contribute. Their uploads use the space owner’s shared Memories storage. Membership allowances include the owner and pending invitations.
Can I start monthly and decide later?+
Yes. Choose the monthly option for a shorter commitment. You can manage your subscription and future renewals through account billing. Yearly pricing is shown as a full annual charge so you can compare the commitment clearly.
What happens if I cancel?+
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access continues through the current paid period, followed by the read-only grace period specified in your plan. Adding new memories stops after the paid period, and subscription access expires after grace. Save available originals before access ends.
Does Memories keep an event album forever?+
No. Connecting an event to a Collection does not remove its retention dates or change its event pass. Review the event’s dates in Plan & usage and any available retention extension. Memories itself requires an active subscription for ongoing access.
